We study on the genes function that were carried by double minute chromosomes(DMs)-the hallmark of gene amplification in human tumor cells. We aim to identify the amplification genes in human colorectal tumor cells and clarify the mechanism that the genes contribute to participate in the formation and progress of DMs through several cell signal pathways. We commit to ascertain genes which can be used as target genes of molecular therapy in human cancer.
